Thunderbird Color Guard Performs
Missing Man Table

Texas City Dike - The Galveston County Vietnam Veterans of America  held a Memorial Day “Watchfire Service” May 28, 2006.  Thunderbird Composite Squadron color guard, based out of West Houston Airport, performed the Missing Man Table to open the service. Several veterans from all services were honored and former congressman Nick Lampson was guest speaker. A watchfire was lit after dark and a flag retirement and disposal service was held. The Thunderbird cadets were enlisted to help dispose of the flags.
